The role as an internal auditor at Randstad means an overall responsibility for the Swedish and Norwegian operations. This means that you plan, perform and report in the areas of risk assessment, internal control and internal audit for Sweden and Norway. You identify and assess risks within the business, you provide recommendations to process owners, you perform quality plans and make follow ups. You are planning audits, operational procedures and processes as well as managing the improvement work using the set key controls. You ensure that reporting follows Randstad's policies and frameworks and that deadlines are kept. You are driven by development projects and improvement work, looking for effective solutions while maintaining quality and security. This role involves multiple contact areas, both internally and externally.

Your profile
You have an academic degree from university or college. You have solid experience of working with delivering results in a process-driven environment, minimum 5 years. You have the ability to create trust in the organization and enjoy working on different levels in your daily business. We believe you have a strong interest in process work and are passionate about finding solutions to operational issues. In addition, you have previous experience working with External Audit from Big4 or similar or you have an internal audit degree. Furthermore, you have experience of work as an economist or finance manager. Since the Randstad group language is English, it is important that you are fluent both verbaly and written. Travel takes place about two to four times a month, particular to Norway.

As a person, you should be business-oriented, communicative and see contact with people as something natural and positive. Key competences for success in this role is solution-oriented, have the ability to work in a structured and process oriented environment both independently and in groups, and be flexible and able to change priorities if necessary. The role requires high integrity and loyalty and we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
