The client
Acne Studios is a well-known brand in the fashion industry, with stores and offices worldwide. Their Service Desk provides IT support and technical assistance to internal as well as external users. For Acne Studios, it is important that their Service Desk agents deliver world-class service.


The role
To be considered for the role you must be a student in at least 50%. You will be employed by Dfind IT and work at Acne Studios’ IT department. You need to be available at short notice and you will also have scheduled shifts.

You will be part of Acne Studios’ Service Desk and provide their internal and external users with technical support, using ITIL-based practices and procedures. You will work with troubleshooting, managing technical issues and other support activities for their business systems, devices and network, by phone, email and on-site. The work environment at Acne Studios is fast-paced and energetic; no day is ever the same.

Requirements
To succeed as a Service Desk Technician, you need a strong technical interest and experience from identity, device and service management within a Microsoft and preferably an Apple environment. Further requirements are:


  • Study at least 50% in relevant field
  • Experience from First Line Support
  • Knowledge of Active Directory regarding account management
  • Experience in hardware installation (PC)
  • Fluency in English, both orally and in writing
Merit

  • Knowledge within Office365
  • Knowledge of Mac
  • Knowledge of Adobe (installation and troubleshooting)
  • Experience from the retail industry
  • Knowledge in several languages, especially French
Personality
You are a user-oriented, enthusiastic and skilled team player with great analytical and technical skills. You have the ability to think outside the box, you take own initiatives and have a strong drive. For Acne Studios it is important to provide high quality service and it is therefore important that you are very service-minded and that you are able to understand and respond the users at their level. You will get a lot of responsibility and must therefore have the ability to prioritize your work and work independently.
