We are looking for students who can work extra during evenings and weekends and who can support in Mandarin.
Acne Studios is a well-known brand in the fashion industry with stores and offices worldwide. Their Service Desk provides IT support to both internal and external users. For Acne, it is important that their support technicians deliver world-class service.
You will work oncall in the evenings and weekends from 6pm. and extra if needed in the service desk at the head office in Stockholm. You will be employed at Dfind IT and work on behalf of Acne Studios. You will work in a service desk and respond to people mainly by phone and email. You will have a lot of own responsibility and this places demands on being able to prioritize. You will handle many cases at the same time, which places demands on the structure and being able to handle different cases at the same time. Issues that you will primarily work with are different types of orders, account administration and support for various software that they work a lot on, including Adobe.

In order to succeed in the role you need to have previous experience of a technical support and be accustomed to handling different types of cases both by phone, mail, and face to face.
- Study at least 50% in the relevant field
- Floating in the Chinese language mandarin
- Experience from a service desk
- Knowledge of Active Directory and account management
- Experience with hardware installation (PC)
- Knowledge within Windows clients
- Good knowledge in the English language (speech and writing)
Nice to have
- Knowledge within Office365
- Mac experience
- Knowledge about Adobe (installation and troubleshooting)
- Experience from the retail
- Knowledge in several languages, especially French, is an advantage
The role requires that you are a forward striving and you are able to ask questions when you do not understand. If you do not know the answer you keep digging for the answer until you find it. For Acne is important to have world-class service and it is therefore important that you are a person who like to give high service. With your social skills you are able to understand and respond so the consumers do understand. You need to be able to work both independently and with others.
You need to be flexible in your schedule and able to help within short notice.
