Job Description
We now want to strengthen our software development team with experienced software engineers. We are looking for someone with passion for structured programming and software design. We are primarily using C++ and we target multiple platforms, including Linux and Windows.

The programming assignments can include tasks such as mathematical calculations, database handling, data manipulation, surface calculations, graphical rendering and more. You and your colleagues will also contribute to the development and improvement of the data flow for all types of data used at construction sites.

You will be part of our R&D organization at our office located in nice, newly renovated premises in Stockholm/Marievik. As we are a global company you will also have various interaction with our colleagues from Switzerland, Australia and Denmark (among others). The role may require travel a few trips a year, mainly in Europe.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong and extensive C++, Boost and STL skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of structured programming, OOD/OOP and design patterns
  • Well experienced with Continuous integration, Unit test and test driven development
  • Experience with Agile development practices
  • Strong mathematical skills in particular linear algebra and calculations in 3D space
  • Fluent in English in both spoken and written language
  • Bonus: Experience working with GIS or surveying background
  • Bonus: OpenGl, .Net, Qt and C#, Database, Cloud computing, Python
