ADB SAFEGATE is seeking one person for the position as a Supply Chain Coordinator at the Supply Chain Department based in Malmö.

One of our colleagues is moving on for a new challenge within the company and we are now looking for someone who can replace her during a period of 12 month.

To be a Supply Chain Coordinator requires a person who has the ability of multitasking and is a problem solver. Your main tasks will be order handling, purchasing and delivery planning. You will be part of a committed team of eleven people but still you will need the ability to work independent. Our team focus on maintaining a high level of service for our customers and we are constantly measuring our performance with different KPI’s.

The Role
Your duties in addition to order handling, planning and purchasing will also give you the opportunity to work with:

  • Daily contact with suppliers, customers and our distribution centres
  • Manage Import and Export administration
  • Booking of global transportation.
Qualifications
We expect you to have 3-4 years of experience in similar roles and with an adequate education of some sort. You must like quick decisions in a fast-paced working environment. You are well organized and good with planning and you should have good computer skills, particularly in Office. Having the experience of working in the ERP system, SAP or Jeeves is a great advantage. Since most of our suppliers and most customers are outside Sweden, you must also master English well in speech and writing. International experience is an advantage.

As a person, we would like to see that you are a good administrator, energetic, outgoing, a creative problem solver, quality conscious and find it easy to network with people, both internally and externally with customers and suppliers. It is important that you are driven to do good work.
